So happy to have been entrusted the task to paint a surprise gift for my friend's mum who celebrated her 60th anniversary yesterday. Working on a tight timeline and fully cognizant of the delicacy of the matter (painting someone's mother is the utmost responsibility), I have put all my soul into this painting trying to capture both the inner and the outer beauty of the model. Apparently, she liked it and I could not be happier!!
